Domaine de la Combe au Loup

1970. Gérard settles with the other love of his life, his wife Marie-Claude and working in tandem they create a modern and functional cuverie.

1984. This is followed by the creation of the Domaine de la Combe au Loup and construction of a tasting cellar and air-conditioned reception. 

1993. Albert’s eldest son David arrives, putting in place modern, eco friendly methods of cultivation and winemaking in keeping with the family tradition.

1998. Nathalie, David’s wife follows on David’s heels making this a real family affair. 

2009. The Méziats work together to produce superior grapes, making excellent wine and now  marketing it – bringing the taste to the masses. 

2011. The Domaine de la Combe au Loup is certified High Environmental Value. 

2014. The range of wines expands with the arrival of Beaujolais Villages Blanc.

2017. David and Nathalie continue working on their vines to produce the most natural wine possible                                                     This is a story that's set to run, and run.....
