Château Des Roques, Cuvée du Château 2020, Vacqueras

Château Des Roques, in Cote du Rhone region, produces Cuvée du Château 2017, Vacqueyras.  This is a red wine made up of 70% Grenache and 15% Syrah and Mourvedre, a blend that gives us a wine both fleshy and plump on the palate with firm tannins and an irresistible richness of black fruits, very especially the cherry fruit. With a delicate mouth, it delights us with hints of pepper and garrigue notes, altogether giving this balanced, solar wine, a very satisfying finish. Another great and very typical southern wine. This vintage has been noted 92/100 by Decanter and 16.5 by Jancis Robinson.
