Michel Marcoult, Champagne brut Blanc de Blancs NV

Michel Marcoult,  in the Champagne region, produces Organic Champagne brut Blanc de Blancs NV  as the name of this champagne suggests is produced entirely from white grapes, and in this case Chardonnay grapes.

A very intense yellow colour, nearly gold for this blanc de blanc. A very precise nose of fruits like lemon, pear, and pineapple that are then followed by marzipan, toast and brioche. The palate is the continuity of the nose with a very fresh start, lovely small bubbles and a very long finish on notes of grapefruit.

Michel Marcoult

The family business was created in 1967 by Michel Marcoult who lovingly passed the baton and all his wine making knowledge on to his son Francis. As the estate continues to respect tradition it also develops and cultivates wines of the highest calibre, garnering numerous awards inthe process. Fortunate to work with three contrasting terroirs of Champagne; the Sezannaris, the Bars coast and the Vitryat coast, and maximising this diversity to bring out the best in each of the estate's vintages, The Marcoult family invite you to discover the fruits of their imagination.
