Chateau Favori, La Favourite Cote de Provence certified organic, using bio-dynamic practices. This beautiful pale pink rose with lovely brightness and shine for this Provence rosé, a nose of pomelos (grapefruit) and exotic fruits with good complexity. The palate is rich and intense until the freshness cuts through and you will taste the citrus zest. A perfect companion for every summer dish or bbq, it will even hold up with strong meats like lamb. Obviously to be served nice and chilled and you will come back for more.

Chateau Favori has its vineyards at a slight altitude of 200m surrounded by forests and soil that can provide precious groundwater even in cases of prolonged drought. The vineyard has naturally everything that you could wish for in abundance, sunshine-rich soil and natural groundwater. Sustainability is at the heart of the vineyard, organic farming and winemaking, renewable energies such as solar panels and a natural irrigation system. The soils are revitalized using bio-dynamic methods. Chateau Favori is an old vineyard but has renewed with bottling its own wines only since 2019, and the main goal is to show the excellence of the terroir and the famous rosé de Provence. The wines are made with Grenache, Syrah and Rolle and offer a lovely fresh wine with a very good length.
