Every festive dinner should start with some bubbles, so here we start with a Champagne from our producer Michel Marcoult, a nice and dry blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir that goes very well with seafood or as an aperitif.. From the dry bubbles we go to the round and rich Saint Véran from Burgundy with notes pear and peach and white flowers, perfect companion for white meats or fish, it has this rich buttery finish typical of white burgundy. And for the main course what else then a Bordeaux? 100 % Merlot grapes that express a beautiful freshness of black and red fruits, a bit of oak aging adds to the complexity of this full organic wine. This is a must try for Bordeaux fans.
