Christmas Premium

Where else to start then with a dry and crisp Champagne? The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir reveals a very fruity nose with peach, pineapple, plum. On the palette we get a nice balance of tension and roundness this is the beauty of the blended Champagnes.
After this we move to a Pouilly Fuissé from Burgundy, a round a supple wine with white fleshed fruits and some sweet floral notes.
It’s rich and soft at the same with this buttery finish that is so much appreciated in the white Burgundies. And obviously we need a trip to Bordeaux to make this case complete. The 2016 Fronsac is the flagship wine of the vineyard it reveals and abundance of blackfruits that are ready to be released once in the glass, it has firm tannins but they are already very pleasant and will only get better. A great companion for your main course at Christmas.
