Dinner Party

Every Dinner party should start with some bubbles, so here we start with a sparkling Vouvray from the Loire valley, a 100% Chenin made in the traditional method. Small delicate bubbles, nice and dry with no added sugars and flavors of citrus fruit and exotic fruits.
From the dry bubbles we go to the round and rich Saint Veran from Burgundy with notes pear and peach and white flowers, perfect companion for white meats or fish, it has this rich buttery finish typical of white burgundy. And for the main course what else then a Bordeaux? 100 % Merlot grapes that express a beautiful freshness of black and red fruits, a bit of oak aging adds to the complexity of this full organic wine. This is a must try for Bordeaux fans.
