Exclusive Beaujolais
Exclusive Beaujolais is made up of 3 fantastic wines, all very different with the first one from Marcel Joubert, a Morgon Cote de Py, a wine with zero sulfites also called a nature wine from one of the finest appellations in Beaujolais. It has fresh fruit and notes of kirsch or cherries, it’s a very high-quality wine that can handle strong food without any problem.
The second one is from Chasselay, a 600 years old wine family that converted to organic winemaking a long time ago before it became popular, it’s a Fleurie from 3 very tiny plots and everything is done manually and then the wine ages on lees in oak barrels for 10 months, the result is a fresh wine with smells of iris and violets and red fruit like cassis and red currant.
The last one is a white from Chasselay, it’s called Terroir de Chatillon, a dry white wine aged in massive barrels called demi-muid, barrels of 600 liters, so the contact with the wine is only very light and all the freshness of the Chardonnay is preserved.
A perfect aperitif wine or with fish or white meat.
