Luxurious Dinner

In this mixed case we really push the boat out, nothing is good enough for our Luxurious dinner celebration. So we start with a Champagne Blancs de Blanc, Chardonnay at its zenith. A very intense color, straw gold. A precise nose of fruits like lemon, pear and pineapple followed by the marzipan, toast and brioche. On the palate a very fresh start, lovely small bubbles and a very long finish on notes of grapefruit. We are following up with an exclusive Saint-Aubin 1er cru, white Burgundy at its very best, rich, round and with a complexity that never ends. An ever-lasting finish with this amazing softness and buttery notes And last but definitely not least, a Grand Cru from Saint-Emilion The 2015 Franc le Maine has a deep purple color, the high amount of Cabernet-Franc in the blend gives it a lovely fresh nose and the Merlot makes it rich and gives the velvety tannins, a bottle perfect for your meat course and please open it a bit before it will enhance the wine a lot or even decant it if you can
