Michel Marcoult, Champagne brut Tradition NV
A fairly clear wine, grey gold reflections, seems light. The first nose does not deceive, we find the expected lightness at the sight of the wine. Very fruity, there are notes of fresh fruits, such as peach, pineapple, pear, plum, some more discreet notes of red fruits awakening the nose. The palate offers a nice balance between tension and roundness. We find the beauty and style of blended wines. With the freshness, the fruity expression, the greediness of young wines, harmonized by a beginning of evolution and more mature aromas of marzipan or hazelnut. The dynamism of the chardonnay remains the hallmark of the house.

The family business was created in 1967 by Michel Marcoult who lovingly passed the baton and all his wine making knowledge on to his son Francis. As the estate continues to respect tradition it also develops and cultivates wines of the highest calibre, garnering numerous awards inthe process. Fortunate to work with three contrasting terroirs of Champagne; the Sezannaris, the Bars coast and the Vitryat coast, and maximising this diversity to bring out the best in each of the estate's vintages, The Marcoult family invite you to discover the fruits of their imagination.
