Christmas discovery

In our Christmas discovery we will have something for all wine lovers, to start of the festive times always some bubbles. We have selected a sparkling Vouvray made from 100% chenin grapes, it’s an organic wine from Vincent Careme who’s a very talented winemaker from the Loire Valley, it is a very dry and crisp wine perfect for oysters or other seafood. After this dry start we are going a bit more richer white with a Saint Veran from Domaine Guerrin, 100% chardonnay this time that has round flavours of citrus fruit and white flowers and a rich finish. And for our final we selected an organic Bordeaux from Chateau Brethous , once again a single grape variety wine , merlot this time, the wine has loads of red fruit flavours and some leather and a bit of oak. The tannins of this wine are beautifully melted in to the fruit, all together a perfectly balanced red.
