
Aegerter, Les jolies filles 2019, IGP Mediterranée, Rosé
A Blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the vineyards and then slightly crushed and slowly pressed, so the juice is only lightly colored. The alcoholic fermentation is done in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to preserve all the freshness and to produce a well-structured Provence rosé. The nose presents yellow fruit like peaches and apricots and some passion fruit. and on the palate you get the citrus fruit, it’s a generous rounded wine that goes well with all summer dishes as well as an aperitive.
